Toby Kidd is a multidisciplinary artist interested in publics, and dialogue, and a graduate of the Royal College of Art Contemporary Arts Practice programme, where he specialised in the Public Sphere. His practice uses sound, sculpture, text, video, fiction, and performative events with the belief that art is an integral part of shaping the world.

He has shown/performed in countries all over the world including USA, Russia, Croatia, Italy, UK.

Alongside his personal practice Toby works in collaboration with artist Adele Lazzeri in the PRAGMATA Collective and on curatorial projects.

He is a founding member of the experimental art-pop group Hatcham Social, currently releasing through Fierce Panda Records.

Always with a dialogical approach, Toby has had teaching, lecturing, and workshops experience at London Metropolitan University, Institute Of Contemporary Music and Performance, Blind Aid, Tottenham Hale International Studios, Living Under One Sun, ACM Guildford, and others.
